At the community college I was at for a couple years the theatre was about 100 feet away from the workout facility, with the tradmills all facing the grass lot between the two buildings. One day tearing a set apart we found two large pieces of insulation foamboard, so naturally two of us sprinted across the field to right in front of the windows and proceeded to have a foamboard fight. And there was much rejoicing.

Also, IIRC one friend sat in front of the windows with a glass of scotch in hand watching people run on the treadmills, that was one of the more interesting things.
